Job Description
Emergys is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team and take on the responsibility of handling client engagements with a primary focus on consulting and delivering SAP Sales & Service Cloud functionality. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in this field and will be based at Balewadi, Pune (MH), India on a full-time basis. We are looking to fill 1 open position with someone who possesses the following skills and can fulfill the outlined roles and responsibilities: - Hands-on expertise in designing, building, testing, and deploying SAP Sales & Service Cloud solutions, particularly Cloud for Customer C4C, and implementing lead-to-opportunity/customer service business process solutions. - Collaborate with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to develop standout SAP Lead to Opportunity and Customer Service offerings utilizing SAP C4C. - Proficiency in C4C process configurations, offline configurations, code list mappings, Key User Tool, and UI Concepts such as screen configuration, layouts, and business roles. - Familiarity with other CRM technologies and a solid functional understanding of Sales and Service processes. - Experience in C4C In-App and side by side extension using BTP Extension framework, as well as Cloud integration with C4C and ECC/S4HANA. - Implementation experience in Lead to Cash business use cases. - Cultivate strong client relationships and establish trust as a key advisor. - Capable of performing fit-gap analysis on business requirements related to sales and service domains. - Present a compelling business case for the SAP C4C (Sales & Service) technology solution recommended to the client. - Ability to enhance the architecture through customizations, extensions, and partner ecosystem applications (e.g., MindTouch, SAP Contact Center). - Knowledge of S4HANA/ECC is preferred. Basic qualifications for the role include: - Participation in at least one full life cycle of C4C Sales and Service implementation. - 3-4 years of experience configuring SAP C4C Sales & Service process solutions. - Previous involvement as a team member in a successful CRM software-related project implementation. Preference will be given to candidates with: - SAP C4C Certification. - Experience configuring C4C web services and integration, along with setting up code list mapping. - Background in SAP CX, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ECC. Candidates must hold a degree in computer science, design, or a related field to be considered for this position.
