Job Title: SAP PLM Consultant Location: Mysore, Karnataka, India Job Type: Full Time Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering Degree, with specialization in Computer Science or Information Technology, Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering. MSc in Food science, Chemistry/or related discipline is required Experience: 5+ years in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products Summary of Position The employee works in a dynamic and motivated team for our international clients to develop, implement and support SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions. The employee will be working on innovative projects as a member of a team in an environment that fosters expertise and continuous professional development. Responsibilities - Implement & Support SAP PLM solutions for large multinational clients across various industries - Subject matter expert in product development business process - Implement specification management, Recipe development, Hand over to Manufacturing, Labelling solutions for process industries. - Implement interfaces from PLM to SAP & non SAP solutions - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical team for implementation. - Project planning and implementation of solution for customer productive environments - Troubleshoot software and implementation issues, provide workaround and functional implementation guidance - Analyze the business needs of our clients to define process, functional and data element requirements. - Consult clients and provide guidance for best-in-class solution - Develop and manage testing activities for PLM business processes - Identify and document best practices of completed projects - Manage project schedules, change control and change requests - Manage a team and design and implement skill upgrade programs for the team. Requirement - 5 + years in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products - Expert in SAP PLM, EH&S and PLM cloud products - Knowledge of SAP EPD (collaboration) & BTP services is additional advantage - Excellent oral and written English communication skills are a must. German language is a plus. - Strong interest and aptitude in technology - Strong analytical, process-oriented skills and ability to work in a large, multi-cultural and global environment. - Ability to work across multiple international time zones with offshore teams as needed Qualifications - Bachelor of Engineering Degree, with specialization in Computer Science or Information Technology, Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering. MSc in Food science, Chemistry/or related discipline is required.,
