Do you want to join our team Key Responsibilities: Provide ongoing support and maintenance including configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement enhancements or optimizations. Create functional design for enhancement request and conduct the life cycle of implementing changes, collaboration with development team, IT testing, support end user testing till releasing the change to the production system. Assist in rolling out the global design to other regions. Develop and deliver end-user training and documentation to ensure effective utilization of SAP processes. Work closely with business team to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users. Document technical designs, processes, and procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Proven experience 4+ years working in SAP MM & EWM area. Hands-on experience with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Basic knowledge of running process within SD, PP and PM Good knowledge of integration between MM & EWM and other modules such as OTC, PM, PP, FI Flexibility to adjust working hours to support different regions and participate in meetings across various time zones, if needed.,
