Job Title: SAP Fieldglass & SAP MM Consultant Experience Level: 5-10 Years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass & SAP MM Consultant with 5 to 10 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP Materials Management (MM) modules, including procurement, vendor management, inventory management, and external workforce management. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP Fieldglass Implementation & Support: o Lead and participate in SAP Fieldglass implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live support. o Provide subject matter expertise in External Workforce Management using SAP Fieldglass. o Customize Fieldglass workflows, integrations, and reporting to meet business needs. o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for contingent workforce processes. 2. SAP MM Functional Expertise: Configure and support SAP MM (Materials Management) processes, including procurement, inventory management, vendor evaluation, and invoice verification. Lead requirement gathering sessions and functional workshops with clients for MM process improvements. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate MM with other SAP modules (SD, FI, CO, PP). Ensure successful deployment of changes through rigorous testing, quality assurance, and performance tuning. 3. System Integration & Enhancements: Ensure seamless integration between SAP Fieldglass and SAP MM modules, as well as with other third-party tools and ERP systems. Identify opportunities for business process improvements and system enhancements in both Fieldglass and MM. Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions, interfaces, and reports as needed. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience with SAP Fieldglass and SAP MM. Fieldglass Expertise: Hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and integration. SAP MM Expertise: Strong experience with SAP MM module, including procurement, inventory, and logistics processes. Experience in SAP S/4HANA environment is a plus. Knowledge of end-to-end procurement and vendor management workflows. Experience with integration of SAP Fieldglass with SAP ERP systems. Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in contingent workforce management. Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions and their integration into on-premise systems. Understanding of MM integration with other SAP modules such as SD, FI, CO, and PP. SAP certifications in Fieldglass or MM are a plus.,
