Job Description
As an experienced professional with over 9 years of total experience and at least 7 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors - EC and HR, you will be responsible for various roles and responsibilities. Your primary focus will be on utilizing your expertise in SAP HR Module Knowledge, SuccessFactors Implementation, Employee Central Configuration, Data Migration, Reporting and Analytics, Integration with other SAP Modules, Business Process Mapping, and Change Management. A key aspect of your role will involve demonstrating proficiency in writing detailed test cases and conducting various types of testing such as Smoke Testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression testing. Your strong written and oral communication skills will be essential for effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders. Your mandatory skills should include a deep understanding of SAP HR and SuccessFactors EC, while any additional experience or knowledge in these areas would be considered advantageous. This contract position, based in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Noida, will have an assignment duration of 6 months, during which you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors - EC and HR.
