Job Description
You will be responsible for the following tasks as part of this role located in Mumbai/Bangalore: Minimum 1 year and Maximum 3 years of SAP HCM experience is required, including at least 1 end-to-end implementation process. Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP/ERP solution implementation is preferred. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the client's current processes in detail. - Preparing Business Blueprint and suggesting the best solution to the client, obtaining sign off on the same. - Configuring HCM modules OM, PA, PY, Time ESS/MSS to meet end user requirements using standard functionalities available in SAP. - Having hands-on experience in Schemas, PCRs, Function & Form16, Tax Simplifier, and other statutory requirements. - Working with requirements such as Increment run and integration with Time & Finance. - Understanding the functional requirements of various HCM processes and their integration with SAP FICO. - Conducting training for HCM module and releasing UAT templates along with test scripts. - Preparing Functional Specification for ABAP development.,
