Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP HANA DBA, located in Bengaluru. The SAP HANA DBA will manage and support SAP HANA databases, perform regular backups and recovery, monitor database performance, and troubleshoot issues. The role also includes tuning and optimizing databases for performance, ensuring data security and integrity, working closely with other IT teams, and maintaining documentation for database environments. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in SAP HANA database administration and management Proficiency in performance tuning and optimization, backup, and recovery Experience with data security, integrity, and troubleshooting database issues Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with IT teams Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with ITIL-based best practices is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills,
