Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least 5-7 years of SAP FI-CO experience with a focus on Product Costing. The role involves leading solution design, system configuration, application integration, testing, and delivery of top-notch Product Costing capabilities in ECC and S/4 Financials. You will be responsible for documenting, designing, supporting, and enabling solutions to meet business requirements at an enterprise scale. This includes configuring, developing enhancement specifications, testing, training, deploying, and supporting the delivered solutions. Your scope of work will involve collaboration with SAP (ECC and S/4) and non-SAP systems and applications. As a SAP Consultant specializing in Product Costing, you will create functional specification documents that necessitate the development of WRICEF objects (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form). It is crucial to work closely with IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, and cross-functional teams. In addition, you will prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare support. The role requires a deep understanding of Product Cost related data model components such as material master, bills of material, work centers, and routing. Proficiency in Product Cost Planning, including cost component structure, cost sheets, and material cost estimates, is essential. Moreover, the candidate should have extensive experience with Actual Costing and Material Ledger, including multiple currencies and valuation, material ledger updates, actual costing, and the actual cost cockpit. Integration with surrounding systems used in the overall Product Costing solution and Financial Business Planning is also a key competency required for this role. Experience in creating and reviewing functional design specifications for custom enhancements within ECC and S4, as well as integration with surrounding systems, is highly desirable. The candidate should be able to operate effectively in a collaborative environment, fostering strong partnerships with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.,
