Description Responsible for the maintenance of all servers and SAP Backend systems. Responsibilities Performing the maintenance and monitoring the processing of all servers. SAP Background job schedule monitoring and maintenance. Ensuring the smooth functioning of scheduled operations and providing information to the functional process stakeholders on any deviation. All SAP servers (ECQ, ECD, ECP, BIP, etc.) backup monitoring. Responsible for the SAP Basis Administration work that include: Monitoring the server printer spool Dialog work process background work process User lock Table space increasing Database monitoring Mails & SMS from SAP to external monitoring Coordinating with functional for User authorization and authorization, user creation and role creation Auditing of all users and roles Rectification and troubleshooting of SAP systems and servers Verification of server logs Provision of T-codes for new users and new functionalism OS level monitoring of all SAP related servers. Ensuring the internal server communication accuracy with external machines. Ensuring the optimum speed of SAP and other servers. Prioritising routine SAP tasks for all users. Ensuring the smooth operations of system oriented backend operations. Supporting the system administrator on any L3 level or higher level issues. Supporting the integration of other product servers with SAP. Implementation of anti-virus protection for all systems and servers. Firewall protection and monitoring for all servers. Any other duties as assigned by the reporting manager or management.
