Job Title: Sample Display Manager Veneer & Laminates Industry Location: Surat, India Experience: Minimum 3-4 years in Sample Design and Laminates Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sample Display Manager to oversee the design, development, and execution of sample displays for our veneer and laminate products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of material aesthetics, market trends, and customer preferences to create visually appealing and functional sample displays. Key Responsibilities: Sample Design & Development: Design and manage the production of high-quality sample boards, catalogs, and display materials that effectively showcase veneer and laminate collections. Display Management: Plan and execute product displays for showrooms, exhibitions, and dealer locations to enhance product visibility and appeal. Coordination with Design & Production Teams: Work closely with designers, manufacturers, and marketing teams to ensure accurate representation of products in samples. Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in interior design, furniture, and architectural materials to create contemporary and attractive sample presentations. Quality Control: Ensure that all samples and displays maintain the highest quality standards in terms of material finish, color accuracy, and durability. Vendor & Supplier Management: Collaborate with vendors to source materials for sample production and ensure timely delivery of display units. Inventory Management: Maintain a systematic record of sample inventories and ensure the availability of necessary samples for sales and marketing teams. Customer Engagement & Support: Assist sales teams and clients with sample selections, providing insights on design applications and product features. Event Participation: Plan and set up product sample displays at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand visibility. Requirements: Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sample design, visual merchandising, or a related role in the veneer, laminate, or interior design industry. Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, or similar software is an advantage. Creativity & Aesthetics: Strong sense of design, colors, and textures to create attractive sample presentations. Communication & Coordination: Excellent communication and organizational skills to work efficiently with cross-functional teams. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision in sample creation and display setup.
