Job Description
You should have a minimum of 3 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on account management. A University Degree in Engineering/MBA is required for this role. Additionally, you should have at least 3 years of knowledge/experience within CAD software/Simulation. Preferred skills and knowledge for this position include sales on inbound leads, lead follow up, cold calling, prospecting, pipeline development, opportunity identification, and current strategical, enterprise customers management. You should also have experience in CEO/CFO engagement/development with enterprise and strategical customers. In this role, you will work closely with demand generation teams, marketing ops, sales ops, and direct sales to continuously improve relationships and the business. You will be responsible for proposing and implementing strategies to enhance lead generation, qualification, and handoff to sales through various channels including inbound, cold outbound, in-person, and digital events. It will be your responsibility to ensure that processes, procedures, and policies are socialized, documented, adhered to, and followed to ensure that results are a combination of quantity and quality. You will also be required to set and track goals and objectives and develop strategies to achieve targets effectively. This position is located in Gujarat, Maharashtra.,
