As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various sales and marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, as well as developing engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. You will also be involved in event management by supporting the team in organizing trade shows, tasting events, and brand activations. Furthermore, you will provide sales support by assisting the sales team with lead generation, customer outreach, and product demonstrations. Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports to provide insights and recommendations will be a key part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have a passion for the Alco-bev industry and possess strong communication skills.
