We are looking for a Junior Recruiter with 0 to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. As a Junior Recruiter, you will be required to have mandatory staffing experience. Additionally, we are also seeking a Senior Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, again with mandatory staffing experience. Furthermore, we have an opportunity for a Team Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, where mandatory experience of client handling is required. This full-time position is based in Magarpatta Pune. As the ideal candidate, you should possess a solid understanding of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle. Your role will be crucial in sourcing and attracting top-tier IT talent to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT positions. - Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates" qualifications and suitability for the role. - Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements and craft effective job descriptions. - Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance. - Establish and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. - Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Keep abreast of trends and best practices in IT recruitment. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Mandatory staffing experience. - Strong understanding of IT technologies and roles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. - Experience with recruitment platforms, ATS, and sourcing tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
