Job Description

As a detail-oriented Salesforce Manual QA Tester, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. Your responsibilities will include performing manual testing across various Salesforce clouds, creating detailed test plans, executing different types of testing, identifying and tracking defects, validating configurations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. You should have at least 2 years of experience as a Manual QA Tester, with a focus on Salesforce applications for at least 1 year. Your strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, experience in test case creation and execution, familiarity with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools, and understanding of SDLC and QA best practices will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication abilities, will enable you to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder), experience with testing integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and basic knowledge of testing APIs and web services. Staying updated on Salesforce updates and releases will also be important to ensure system compatibility and best practices.,
