Job Description
You are a dynamic and proactive Sales Training & Coordination Executive responsible for supporting and training the regionally hired sales team across various locations. Coming from a strong educational background in MCA, MBA, or BBA, you are passionate about developing capable sales teams in the luxury and lifestyle product sector. Your key responsibilities include providing brand and product training to newly hired sales team members in different regions, conducting review meetings, tracking performance reports, and acting as a bridge between the sales team and management. You will offer timely support and coordination and may need to travel to various cities to provide on-ground training. Your role also involves delivering physical training sessions on conducting client meetings professionally, pitching jewelry products, effective presentation and communication techniques, enhancing sales skills, product knowledge, and brand positioning, as well as assisting in implementing SOPs, reporting formats, and feedback mechanisms. This is a full-time position with benefits such as food, health insurance, and provident fund. Additionally, you will receive a yearly bonus.
