Job Description
Experience 5 to 10 years Location Mumbai, Navi Mumbai Conduct training sessions for clients to educate them about our companys products and services, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications. Develop training materials, presentations, and documentation to support the training process and ensure consistent delivery of information. Provide personalized assistance and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns regarding our products and services. Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship building. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively present and promote them to potential clients. Maintain regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and provide ongoing support. Follow up with clients after sales to ensure their satisfaction, address any issues, and upsell additional products or services as needed. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, including activity reports, sales forecasts, and revenue projections. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, identify market trends, and gather feedback on customer needs and preferences.
