Job Description
Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech. (Civil/Mechanical), MBA Roles and Responsibilities: Lead generation and converting enquiries into sales. Identify market potential & opportunities of assigned territory. Implementation of the sales strategies of the business line in the assigned territory. Meeting with dealers on a frequent basis and supporting them in lead generation. Meeting Architects and Builders (New and Existing) to generate leads and maintain good relations with them. Calling and Scheduling meet with Customers for enquiries generated through website/Calls/SMS (Call Centre leads). Training and educating dealers from time to time for on-time customer solutions. Hand holding new business partners and providing them with all the necessary support to sustain and deliver. Technical Understanding of Products offerings from Fenesta. Knowledge of territory of operation and knowledge about competitors products. Presentation of products to customers/pitching the benefits of Fenesta. Pitching for the right kind of product/Solution to a customer depending on his needs. Conducting an initial survey of the site of installation. Preparing Quotations on internal software after initial survey of the customer location. Negotiating with Customers and meeting price expectations. Generating referrals from satisfied clients by staying in touch with them post sales. Handling customer complaints. Coordinating with the commercial team for preparation of master Sales contract and getting it signed from customers. Coordinating with the Installation team on scheduling installation dates. Conducting Marketing Activities: Newspaper inserts, execute Society demos and Car Rallies, participate in Architect and Builders event- Lunch and Learn, innovative approaches like promotions in high profile jogging areas in the morning, CD distribution with Paper brochures etc. On successful completion of the internship, the trainee will be absorbed as Channel Manager - Sales.
