Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and guide a team of counselors.
? Help counselors improve their skills and provide regular feedback.
? Set team goals and monitor performance.
? Ensure counselors offer personalized help to students on academic and personal issues.
? Oversee counseling sessions and ensure students are supported effectively.
? Develop strategies to improve how we support students.
? Stay up-to-date on best practices in counseling and student support.
? Analyze counselor and student data to measure success.
? Report on team performance to senior leadership.
? Work with other teams to improve our tools and services.
? Provide feedback to help improve Ed-Tech products based on student needs
