Job description We are looking for experienced Sales Team Leaders with fluency in Hindi and English to be part of our team to handle Sales Team. The ideal candidate must have hands on experience in the sales field for a minimum period of2-4 years. Also he / she should must be willing to work for Flexible hours. Responsibilities Achieving growth and targets by successfully managing the team. Setting individual targets with the team. Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands organization's customer base and ensure its strong presence. Coordinating with sales team. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. The ongoing training of the people. Requirements and Skills Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field. Excellent verbal skills specially in English and multilingualism would be advantages. Self driven and self motivated. Must have experience in team handling. Should possess charming and approachable personality. Ability to blend with diverse culture of customers across the globe. Successful previous experience as Sales Manager or Marketing Manager with proven track records in achieving the department's targets. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
