Job Description


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to handle back-office operations, customer support, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client communications, and preparing accurate quotations for CCTV and security system solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and invoices for CCTV products and services.
  • Provide customer service support via phone and email, responding to inquiries and assisting with order status or product information.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotes and service commitments.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Assist in email correspondence, follow-ups, and client communication for service and support.
  • Support the procurement team in coordinating with vendors and suppliers for product availability and pricing.
  • Help manage day-to-day office administrative tasks related to sales and support functions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in an office support or customer service role, preferably in the CCTV or electronics industry.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
  • Knowledge of CCTV systems/products is a plus (but not mandatory).
