Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Coordinator, located in Surat. The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks include handling orders, processing sales documentation, coordinating with production teams, and providing timely updates to clients regarding their orders. Qualifications Possess strong Analytical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities. Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering excellent Customer Service. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,
