The Sales Staff will be responsible for developing sales strategies, engaging with potential and existing customers, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional day-to-day tasks include negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Staff will also collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional strategies and ensure targets are met. Qualifications Sales, Customer Engagement, and Negotiation skills Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prepare sales reports and analyze data Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus,
