Role Description Glocot Group is hiring a full-time Sales Specialist for an on-site and field-based role located in Sonipat. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building a strong sales network, generating leads, and driving the sales of Silicone Sealant and Liquid Silicone Rubber in the market. Qualifications Must have experience in Silicone Industry (Atleast 5 years) Excellent communication and customer service skills Proven sales and sales management abilities Experience in training and developing sales teams Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field,
