Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sales & Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional field support and ensuring the optimal performance of our medical devices. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively engage with clients and deliver top-notch service. With an annual salary of 3,00,000, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment across multiple locations including Bhubaneswar, Other Kerala, Chennai, and Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide field support for medical devices, ensuring they are calibrated and functioning optimally.
- Engage in sales engineering activities, promoting our products and services to potential clients.
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting for analyzers, electrolytes, and ELISA systems.
- Collaborate with the service engineering team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and training as needed.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in biochemistry and medical devices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in sales and service engineering, particularly in the medical devices sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of calibration, diagnostics, and service engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a field support capacity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
