Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical supplies sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and procurement managers. Understand customer requirements and offer tailored product solutions from Medloras range of gloves and handcare products. Conduct product presentations and provide training to clients when necessary. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams for customer satisfaction and order fulfillment. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and market feedback. Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical or healthcare products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
