Job Location: Navi Mumbai Products: Nuts, Seeds & Dried Fruits. Job Description: On Field work. Going to Supermarkets, Hypermarkets, Retail Outlets and promoting company's products. Contacting existing and new customers to explain the advantages of buying their companys products or services. Communicating with customers before and after a sale Meeting customers everyday and converting / increasing sales. Delivering presentations for persuading customers to buy new products Resolving customer complaints and concerns Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the companys products or services to advise and make suitable recommendations to customers Requirement: Must have B2C experience in FMCG or Food Products. Have 2 years of minimum experience in Field Sales Good negotiation skills Education : Graduate in Commerce / Marketing. Skills: Excellent customer service skills Should meet monthly target Ability to sell products to any kind of client. Should be patient and focused on increasing the Sales of the company.
