Job Title: Sales Staff/ Reprentative Location: Swayamvara NXT Salary: [To be discussed based on experience] Working Hours: Flexible shifts, must be available to work until mall closing hours. Job Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing products. Demonstrate and promote products, particularly in fashion, to increase sales. Assist customers with product inquiries and offer knowledgeable advice on fashion trends, fabrics, and sizing. Perform basic stitching, alterations, or customization of products as needed. Maintain and organize the sales floor to ensure a neat and presentable environment. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and checking stock levels. Ensure the store is always well-maintained and visually appealing. Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Be available to work shifts that extend until the mall closing time. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Required Skills: Passion for fashion and an understanding of current trends. Basic stitching and alteration skills, including knowledge of basic tailoring techniques. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a keen eye for fashion and styling. Previous experience in retail or sales, especially in fashion, is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts until mall closing.
