The Sales Operations Head role at our company involves overseeing various aspects of the sales process, including pre-sales, lead generation, and deal closure. As the Sales Operations Head, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and performance of our sales organization. Your key responsibilities will revolve around different areas: - **Sales Process Management:** You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes and systems to drive efficiency and enhance performance within the sales team. - **Sales Data & Reporting:** Maintaining and monitoring Sales MIS to track closed deals, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to sales leadership will be part of your responsibilities. - **Onboarding Coordination:** Collaborating with the sales team to gather, manage, and ensure timely submission of onboarding documents to the R&C team. - **Finance Coordination:** Acting as a bridge between the sales and finance departments to address client charge-related queries and streamline financial communication processes. - **Sales Performance Optimization:** Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to implement corrective measures. - **Sales Tools & Technology:** Overseeing the implementation and management of CRM systems and sales tools to support the sales process efficiently. - **Forecasting & Planning:** Assisting in accurate sales forecasting and planning by leveraging insights from historical data and current market trends. To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria: - **Experience:** You should have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. - **Education:** A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required (an MBA is preferred). - **Skills:** Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach are essential.
