Sales Operations Coordinator Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to oversee the sales process and ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of high-end jewelry orders. This role involves managing data related to stones, diamonds, and sales orders, coordinating with various teams to support timely sales processes, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams. The Sales Coordinator will act similarly to how a head of department manages a company, coordinating all elements to achieve seamless sales operations. Key Responsibilities: * MIS and Sales Data Management: Maintain accurate records of stones, diamonds, and sales orders. Ensure sales data is up-to-date and accessible for the relevant teams. Client Order Coordination: Work closely with the Sales and Design teams to manage client orders. Ensure that design and customization requests are communicated and addressed promptly. Sales Process Monitoring: Oversee the entire sales order process, from order placement to delivery. Identify and resolve any workflow bottlenecks to ensure a smooth sales experience. Production Coordination: Liaise with the production and CAD teams to ensure jewelry orders align with client specifications and quality standards. Resolve discrepancies between sales, design, and production teams efficiently. System & Process Optimization: Manage and optimize sales system flows to support a streamlined sales process. Monitor systems for efficiency and accuracy in sales order processing. Order Status Communication: Provide regular updates to the CEO and the Sales team on order statuses. Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order progress and delivery timelines. Compliance with Sales Processes: Ensure adherence to established sales processes and timelines. Implement and monitor compliance with sales procedures to maintain quality standards. System Updates: Regularly update sales systems and verify the accuracy of sales-related information. Requirements: The candidate must have a background in High End Luxury Jewellery.
