As a Sales Officer at StaireX, India's first and only brand exclusively for staircases, you will play a crucial role in customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a day-to-day basis in Bangalore. We are a startup that specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing quality metal staircases, offering complete solutions including Metal, Wood, Glass, and Paint for staircases. To excel in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience: - Education: MBA (Marketing) or B.Tech/B.E. (any discipline). - Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B or solution sales; exposure to the building-materials, architecture, or interior-fit-out industry is a strong plus. - Skills: - Confident communicator in English and Kannada/Hindi. - Solid grasp of consultative selling and basic CRM workflows. - Ability to read drawings/BOQs and translate technical specs into value propositions (bonus). In addition to the qualifications and experience, we seek a self-starter who enjoys fieldwork, targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Mobility is essential, as the role requires willingness to travel locally; a valid two-wheeler license is preferred (TA reimbursed). In return, we offer a Fixed CTC of 4-5 LPA aligned with experience and performance, along with travel allowance and performance incentives.
