Job Description
1. Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone. 2. Providing excellent customer service to clients. 3. Ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Addressing customer complaints effectively. 5. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues. 6. Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operation 7. Communication & Presentation: Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and confident. 8. Build a great rapport with the customers to build loyalty and have recurring customers Competencies. 9. Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates. 10. Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products. 11.
