We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Executive to represent our company and its products to a diverse customer base. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for conducting on-site visits and showcasing our product line directly to clients. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for sales and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Outreach: Travel to client locations using a company-provided vehicle to meet with potential and existing customers.
- Product Demonstration: Carry and present product samples, providing detailed explanations and answering customer questions effectively.
- Sales and Promotion: Actively promote company products, highlight their features and benefits, and drive sales to meet targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Reporting: Document customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
Work Details:
- Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with 1 hour of Lunch.
- Compensation: This role includes a competitive salary plus attractive incentives based on sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a field sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
