We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Marketing Executive to promote and sell overseas job opportunities to potential candidates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into paid clients. You will serve as the key link between candidates and our overseas placement services, where the company takes care of visa processing, work permits, and all necessary documentation.
- ? Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential candidates through digital marketing, social media, job fairs, and local networks.
- Consultative Selling: Engage with candidates to understand their career goals and effectively communicate the benefits of working abroad through our services.
- Service Promotion: Explain the full scope of services offered, including visa processing, work permits, legal documentation, and post-arrival support.
- Follow-Ups: Maintain regular contact with leads and provide timely responses to queries and concerns.
- Sales Conversion: Convince and assist candidates in signing up for our paid job placement programs.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and potential regions for outreach and promotion.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and candidate interactions via CRM tools.
- Compliance: Ensure all communications and practices follow ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
