*Roles and Responsibilities*

Field Sale - Door to Door Sales visits to Travel Agents in Pune

Flexible to Travel PAN India for Sales and to attend Events & Exhibitions. 

Handling Travel Agent Queries

Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing

Manage coordinate Leads with Operations

Coordinate with Accounts & MIS department for reports. 

Operations Team Communications and Follow Ups. 

Customer Care - Address All Complaints, Issues , Escalations. 

Drive WhatsApp Marketing

*Desired Candidate Profile*

Moderate Experience and Understanding of the Travel Industry.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
