Sales & Marketing Executive Ecomm Connect

We are seeking highly skilled and results-driven Sales Agents to join our team. As a calling agent, you will be responsible for Inbound/outbound calls to potential clients, pitching our eBay business setup and management services, and converting leads into paying customers. You will be a key part of our sales team, working to grow our client base and promote our 100% Done-For-You services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Inbound/outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in starting or growing an eBay business.
• Effectively pitch our eBay setup and management services, explaining the benefits and value proposition.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, pricing, and processes.
• Follow up with potential clients to address queries and overcome objections.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or telemarketing (preferably in e-commerce or related fields).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or English (fluency in both is a plus).
• Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with a target-based, performance-driven environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Previous experience in selling online business solutions or related services is a plus.
