Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed sales targets for machinery spare parts by identifying opportunities, closing sales, and generating revenue.
- Develop strategies to reach sales goals, tracking performance and adjusting tactics as needed.
2. Product Knowledge and Expertise
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of machinery spare parts, including specifications, usage, compatibility, and features.
- Provide expert advice to customers on the right spare parts and solutions for their specific machinery requirements.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the products and services provided.
- Identify and nurture new leads and customers, expanding the client base for machinery spare parts.
- Address any customer queries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Product Presentations and Consultations
- Present and demonstrate machinery spare parts to customers, explaining how the products meet their needs.
- Offer product recommendations based on customer requirements and operational needs.
5. Sales Negotiation and Closing
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sale to ensure mutual satisfaction while achieving company sales objectives.
- Close sales efficiently and ensure that all necessary paperwork, orders, and documentation are completed accurately.
6. Order Management and Coordination
- Process customer orders, ensuring the timely delivery of spare parts in accordance with agreed schedules.
- Coordinate with the logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure the availability and timely dispatch of products.
7. Market Research and Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
8. Customer Support and After-Sales Service
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases and have the correct parts for their machinery.
- Assist with returns, exchanges, or replacements if parts are defective or incorrect.
9. Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels of spare parts, collaborating with the procurement team to ensure stock is replenished as needed.
- Keep track of fast-moving parts and identify slow-moving items that may require promotional efforts to sell.
10. Quotation and Proposal Preparation
- Prepare and send quotes or proposals to customers for spare parts based on their requirements.
- Customize quotations to fit specific customer needs, factoring in prices, delivery schedules, and other requirements.
