- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from lead database
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Follow up with leads via WhatsApp or phone
- Maintain a record of calls, conversations, and status updates
- Coordinate with the sales team for closing large inquiries
- Achieve weekly and monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle objections professionally and build rapport with customers
