Responsibilities of candidates include:

Driving revenue growth by identifying, attracting, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. You are responsible for achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. 


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identifying potential customers and leads through various channels like cold calling, networking, and referrals. 
  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Introducing products or services to clients, conducting presentations, and demonstrating their value proposition. 
  • Relationship Building:
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust. 
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals:
  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and closing sales deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company. 
  • Sales Cycle Management:
  • Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for the client. 
  • Meeting Sales Targets:
  • Achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization. 
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, managing a CRM database, and using it to track progress and analyze sales data. 
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports to management, analyzing sales performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies. 
  • Attending Sales Events:
  • Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network, promote the company's products, and generate leads. 
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Working closely with the sales team and other departments, such as marketing and product development, to achieve common goals. 
  • Customer Service and Support:
