Job Title: Sales & Store Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Store Executive to manage daily retail operations and drive in-store sales. This role involves customer interaction, product presentation, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  Assist walk-in customers and drive in-store sales by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.

  Explain product features, specifications, and benefits to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

  Maintain proper display and cleanliness of the store to ensure an appealing and organized environment.

  Manage stock levels, handle inventory, and ensure timely replenishment of products.

  Record daily sales, prepare reports, and update stock movement in the system.

  Handle billing and basic cash or card transactions as required.

  Follow up with leads or potential customers and log interactions in CRM or sales tools.

  Collect customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments for improvement.

Requirements:

  Proven experience in retail sales or store management

  Strong communication and customer service skills

  Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

  Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail is a plus
