  • Key Responsibilities:??
  • Sales Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential customers (farmers, SHGs, cooperatives, agri-entrepreneurs, etc.).
  • Demonstrate agricultural machinery features and benefits through field demos and farmer meetings.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order closing.
  • Handle government and subsidy-based schemes like PM-KUSUM, SMAM, NRLM, etc.
  • ? Marketing Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (pamphlet distribution, agri-fairs, exhibitions, etc.).
  • Coordinate demo events, roadshows, and farmer training programs.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor data, and pricing trends.
  • Build brand awareness in rural areas through digital and offline promotions.
  • ? Dealer & Channel
  • Management:Appoint and support dealers/distributors/retailers in the region.
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide product training to dealer staff.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
  • ? Reporting & Coordination:Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Coordinate with the service team for after-sales support and customer feedback.
  • Assist in documentation required for subsidy, tender, or institutional sales.
  • Key Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skills (local language preferred)
  • Sound knowledge of agricultural practices and machinery usage
  • Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
  • Ability to convince and influence rural customers
  • Basic computer/MS Office and mobile app usage
  • Team player with goal-oriented mindset
