The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the marketing efforts and sales growth for the machine manufacturing company. This role will focus on promoting the company's products, building relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will generate leads, close sales, and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and develop new business opportunities and customer accounts. 2. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal. 3. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients. 4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. 5. Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and requests promptly and professionally. 6. Participation in Trade Shows & Marketing Activities 7. Market Analysis & Reporting 8. After-Sales Support Qualifications: BE Mechincal/Electrical/Industrial Production/E &C Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in marketing and selling machines. Key Skills: Strong technical understanding of machines and industrial equipment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop long-term customer relationships Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools Job Requirement: Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada Must be willing to travel Job Location: Mysore, Karnataka Salary: CTC 4.48 L P A,
