The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing quotations, closing orders, and maintaining client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients in sectors such as construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts. Promote fabrication capabilities through client meetings, marketing materials, and industry events. Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction. Support marketing campaigns and market research initiatives. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred. 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in the fabrication industry. Good knowledge of fabrication processes, estimation, and technical sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic understanding of AutoCAD/CRM tools.
