Position: Sales & Marketing engineers

Experience: 2 to 3 years in Sales & Marketing Industrial consumables(Cutting tool,Industrial lubricants,bearing,and hand tools),B2C in Chennai

Description : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in Manufacturing and Industrial Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with key clients in the manufacturing and industrial sectors.This position involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions to meet those needs. The Sales Engineers must be able to effectively communicate the value proposition of the products or services being offered and negotiate terms of sales agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities by actively prospecting, contacting potential customers within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products or services
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business,customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities and strategies
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and results
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products/services

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years experience in B2C sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector(cutting tools,industrial lubricants,bearings,hand tools)
  •  Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial products/services
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and strategies
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
