Job Description
Responsibilities -
- Identify potential clients through various channels ( walk in, referral, broker, digital platforms, etc) and generate leads.
- Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete information about the project, amenities, pricing and payment plans.
- Handle client negotiation, address queries and ensure smooth closure of deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, broker and channel partners.
- Regular review of sales performance and updated report preparation.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote residential and commercial real estate projects.
Eligibility -
- Graduate/ Post graduate ( any field).
- Minimum experience of 1 year in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and trends.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM Software, MS Office and sales reporting tools
