Job Title: Sales Manager IT Solutions Location: Hyderabad Experience: 8+ years Type: Full-time Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to lead our business development initiatives across IT projects and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales, proven success in building client relationships, and a deep understanding of the MENA region market. This role requires someone who is open to travel, highly driven, and capable of independently managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT projects and staff augmentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially within the MENA region Develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans to meet business objectives Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, recruitment, and leadership) to align solutions with client needs Travel as required to meet clients, attend business meetings, and represent the company in relevant forums Prepare proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts Track market trends, client feedback, and competitor activity to stay competitive Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT sales/business development, with a focus on services and staffing Prior exposure to the MENA region market is mandatory Willingness and ability to travel as needed Strong knowledge of IT solutions, outsourcing models, and resource engagement strategies Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus),
