Samagra Interiors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales operations, including lead conversion, design consultation, site visits, quotations, and project coordination. You will act as the bridge between the client and design team, ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to project execution.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead follow-up to project sign-off
- Conduct client meetings and design consultations, both at office and site
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior design solutions
- Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and basic layout sketches
- Coordinate with in-house design and execution teams to prepare BOQs and estimates
- Provide transparent pricing, timelines, and material options to clients
- Follow up with prospects, maintain CRM entries, and close sales within target timelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
- Identify upselling opportunities (modular upgrades, decor, lighting, etc.)
- Ensure customer satisfaction during and after project execution
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, materials, and design standards
? Key Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Business Administration
- 4+ years of experience in sales for interior design or home renovation projects
- Proficient in basic design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of aesthetics and space planning
- Comfortable conducting site visits and managing multiple client interactions
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
