Samagra Interiors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in interior design and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales operations, including lead conversion, design consultation, site visits, quotations, and project coordination. You will act as the bridge between the client and design team, ensuring a smooth journey from inquiry to project execution.



? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead follow-up to project sign-off
  • Conduct client meetings and design consultations, both at office and site
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable interior design solutions
  • Create and present design concepts, mood boards, and basic layout sketches
  • Coordinate with in-house design and execution teams to prepare BOQs and estimates
  • Provide transparent pricing, timelines, and material options to clients
  • Follow up with prospects, maintain CRM entries, and close sales within target timelines
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
  • Identify upselling opportunities (modular upgrades, decor, lighting, etc.)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during and after project execution
  • Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, materials, and design standards



? Key Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Business Administration
  • 4+ years of experience in sales for interior design or home renovation projects
  • Proficient in basic design tools (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong sense of aesthetics and space planning
  • Comfortable conducting site visits and managing multiple client interactions
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
