As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess at least 1-2 years of experience in managing leads, scheduling appointments, and conducting client gym tours. Your responsibilities will include creating promotional messages, achieving sales goals, and effectively differentiating the brand from other athletic facilities. You will also be required to answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, and have strong communication skills to interact with members, guests, coworkers, and managers. Handling cash and other transactions at the Point of Sale is also part of this role. Moreover, you should be willing to learn and thrive in a goal-oriented and structured environment. In addition to managing leads and tours, you will be expected to generate new sales leads through prospecting, work on current leads, gather member referrals, follow up on old leads, tap into corporate leads, and make retention calls for cancelled members. Your ability to adapt and excel in a dynamic sales environment will be essential for this position.,
