As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in increasing the visibility and sales of DELI Quinoa products in your region. You will be responsible for managing a team of local sales representatives and building strong relationships with independent supermarket owners in areas where our target shoppers - affluent, health-conscious foodies - do their daily shopping. Sales Strategy & Execution: - Identify and approach independent supermarket owners in the designated area. - Achieve sales targets through effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns. - Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Team Management: - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 4-5 local sales representatives. - Plan and coordinate the daily activities and sales routes of the team. - Oversee key performance indicators and ensure continuous improvement. Relationship Management: - Build long-term relationships with supermarket owners and managers. - Negotiate shelf space, promotions, and product displays. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction. Market Analysis & Reporting: - Identify opportunities and threats in the local market. - Provide regular reports on sales data, market dynamics, and team performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG sector. - Experience in team management and working with regional sales teams. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Strong knowledge of the local market and ability to effectively target the right audience. - Self-motivated, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
