Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Geepas Consumer Electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the consumer electronics or related industry, with a passion for achieving targets, building customer relationships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets across assigned regions and channels. Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to improve market share and brand presence. Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and retail network to ensure market penetration and product availability. Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to deliver strong performance and achieve sales objectives. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable insights to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches. Ensure timely reporting of sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance metrics. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of proven sales experience in consumer electronics or a closely related industry. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Deep understanding of sales principles and customer behavior in the consumer electronics segment. Result-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software/tools.
