Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager / BDM / Client Manager based in Pune. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will work closely with clients to understand their IT needs, presenting tailored solutions and maintaining long-term engagement. Key tasks include leading sales negotiations, managing sales pipelines, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Management Proficiency in developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Strong understanding of IT solutions and services Ability to manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work on-site in Pune Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field Experience in the Banking or Manufacturing sectors is a plus,
